We don't charge an hourly rate for our cleaning jobs. When you contact us, we'll provide an estimated price range from a description, pictures, and requirements.
Bax Clean employs a number of different methods to get the job done in hard to reach places at your real estate property. Extension poles allow us to complete most building, window, gutter, and solar panel cleaning jobs from safe positions on the ground.
To position our cleaning experts more effectively, we can use scissor lifts, boom lifts, and travel towers. This will get us close ennough to use hand or extension tools with ease.
As always, when we need to access the roof of your property, we put safety first. We always use fall restraints, including roof safety systems and temporary anchor systems.
We undertake most real estate and property cleaning services during daylight hours Monday to Friday, and Saturdays by request or where required. We seek to minimise the impact of our service undertaking on day to day proceedings. We can also provide out of hours work where required.
The team at Bax Clean is very self-sufficient. All you need to do before we arrive is ensure that there is room for us to execute our work, meaning that any vehciles and valuables are out of the way.
